Floё Brown
“If Courtney Love sang like that, nobody would ever have said she killed Kurt.”
Floë Brown is an up-and-coming singer songwriter from London who recently released (on her 16th birthday!), her debut single, the self-produced “Half a Beat Behind” on streaming platforms.
Blessed with the purest of voices and an extensive whistle note register, Floë performs regularly in various bands but primarily as a solo artist, accompanying herself on guitar and piano.
Recent gigs include Pizza Express Live Holborn, Walthamstow Summer Picnic and Leytonstone Music Festival - she is a regular contributor to the We Can Be Heroes line-ups.
Floë draws influences from an eclectic mix of performers like Jack White, Courtney Barnett and Suki Waterhouse but has an unashamed love of pop acts Olivia, Billie & Chappell. She usually performs a mixture of her own ever-growing catalogue and crowd-pleasing covers. A prodigiously talented musician, Floë recently won a place to study Music Performance at the prestigious BRIT School in London.
